1. Power System

• Equipped with Weichai WP13 electronically controlled engine, which meets China’s National Non-road Mobile Machinery Stage IV emission standards. It features intelligent efficiency and low comprehensive fuel consumption.
• The whole machine is equipped with three power modes: 175kW for light load, 187kW for medium load, and 199/206kW for heavy load. It can be switched with one key according to actual load demand, ensuring fuel saving and full control of power.

2. Transmission System

• The transmission system is interchangeable with that of SD22 bulldozer, which has stood the test of the market.
• Core components such as torque converter, gearbox, central transmission, and final drive are independently manufactured by Shantui.
• The hydraulic torque converter is carefully matched, delivering the highest efficiency in the industry.

3. Control System

• The travel system adopts single-handle electro-hydraulic control, integrating shifting, reversing, and steering for simple operation, with a 77% reduction in control force.
• Gear positions can be preset according to working conditions for higher efficiency and intelligence.
• The working device features pilot control for precise operation, excellent micro-mobility, and ease of use.
• An 8-inch LCD screen is equipped, integrated with a reverse image.

4. Driving & Riding Environment

• Newly enlarged positive-pressure cab with high-end and luxurious interior, integrating anti-rollover and anti-falling object functions for safety and comfort.
• Ultra-wide field of view inside the cab, leading the industry.
• Standard integrated rear-mounted air conditioner with top air duct design and built-in fresh air supply.
• The seat is equipped with thick armrests on both sides, with independent support and adjustability.

5. Work Adaptability

• The chassis system is independently manufactured by Shantui, with “four wheels and one track” sold overseas, offering a longer service life than competitors. The chassis has a long grounding length for stable driving.
• Various attachments are available based on working conditions, including straight tilt blade, semi-U blade, U blade, coal dozer blade, rock blade, sanitation blade, angle blade, drawbar, and ripper.
• 6 LED work lights are standard, enhancing lighting capacity for night construction.
• The fuel tank capacity is increased to 480L, extending the cruising range by 7%.

6. Maintainability

• The fuel system features three-stage filtration with centrally arranged filters for easy maintenance.
• The engine fan shaft and water pump bearings are maintenance-free lubrication, and the balance beam lubrication points are externally accessible for convenient servicing.
• Fully open side hoods provide ample maintenance space, with external working valves for quick inspection and repair.
• Shifting and steering filters are centrally arranged for easy maintenance, saving up to 60% of maintenance time.
• The lubrication maintenance chart is clear at a glance, enabling scientific maintenance without pressure.
