Power System

Equipped with an Isuzu 6WG1 engine with a rated power of 382kW, it delivers robust and powerful performance. It features low fuel consumption, high torque, exceptional durability, fast dynamic response, and higher working efficiency.

Hydraulic System

It is equipped with Kawasaki fully electronic control main valve and main pump. The dual-swing system enhances swing torque for smoother operation. The large-displacement main pump, combined with heavy-duty P-Q power-boost control, improves digging efficiency while balancing fuel consumption, delivering strong digging endurance. The integrated solenoid proportional valve ensures high flow distribution efficiency and smooth compound movements.

SCR Technology Route*

It adopts the SCR+DOC+DPF aftertreatment technology, featuring a high conversion rate of nitrogen oxides. This technology optimizes combustion, increases power and torque, significantly improves fuel economy, and achieves cleaner emissions.

Reinforcement of Working Device Structural Components

The 20,000-hour working device technology is fully adopted. It uses high-strength steel, high-strength forgings, and wear-resistant steel plates, with cast integral connecting rods and a three-section box structure. The cross-section is widened and the box cross-section is enlarged, increasing the flexural section modulus by 20%, resulting in high reliability and a long service life.
