The DH24-G fully hydraulic bulldozer is a new-generation 240-horsepower static-pressure drive bulldozer developed by Shantui, compliant with China National Stage IV emission standards. Through optimized upgrades to the operator control system, powertrain, hydraulic system, and electrical system, it enhances operator comfort and operational efficiency, achieving superior fuel economy. It delivers a maximum output of 268 horsepower, with efficiency increased by 10%-15% under the same fuel consumption.

AI Smart Driving: The DH24-G bulldozer can be AI-upgraded based on Shantui’s SSC (SHANTUI Smart Construction) technology platform. By integrating artificial intelligence and big data technologies, it forms a fully intelligent closed-loop system of “Perception-Decision-Execution”, enabling working condition analysis, dynamic path optimization, and centimeter-level precision control of the dozer blade. It leads the intelligent transformation of construction machinery through technological innovation, serving as an exemplary model for the industry’s transition from “mechanical operation” to “intelligent decision-making”.

With intelligent application matching technology, the overall fuel consumption can be reduced by more than 10% in ECO mode, while the heavy-duty mode delivers a powerful output of 268 horsepower, improving operating efficiency by 10%-15% at the same fuel consumption level.

Driving Environment

• The all-new integrated stamped cab offers over 20% more interior space, boasting excellent visibility, minimal vibration, low noise, and airtight sealing, capable of maintaining a positive pressure of 45Pa.
• The suspended single accelerator pedal features a compact design, maximizing foot movement space and ensuring comfortable operation.
• The seat and armrests feature an extensive adjustment range. Multiple additional armrests are installed inside the cab to provide the driver with the most comfortable and safe operating posture.
• The cab is fully sealed and equipped with a 4-point MDS vibration reduction system, effectively minimizing vibration and noise. The noise level at the driver’s ear is reduced to 78 decibels.
• An 8-inch intelligent integrated display terminal (integrated with reverse image) is combined with the instrument panel, cigarette lighter, USB charging port, radio, and sun visor, delivering a richer humanized driving experience and ensuring a comfortable and safe operating environment.
• The fully enclosed premium interior integrates storage box functionality and 8-air Outlet air conditioning ducts. A standard rear-mounted heating and cooling air conditioner with fresh air replacement function is equipped. While expanding the driving space, the cooling and heating efficiency is improved by 15%.
• The vehicle-wide safety passage system is implemented to ensure the driver’s safety.

Work Adaptability

• The machine is equipped with a dual-circuit electronically controlled hydrostatic drive system, which features load self-adaptation. It enables load-carrying steering, in-situ steering, and stepless speed regulation, making it flexible and efficient, with excellent performance in construction on narrow sites.
• The chassis system has a long ground contact length and a large ground clearance, ensuring smooth travel and good passability. It can be configured with semi-U blades, U blades, dozer blades, straight tilt blades, sanitation blades, rock blades, rippers, drawbars, and rear protective frames according to specific working conditions, delivering strong operational capabilities. It comes standard with higher-brightness LED work lights, which enhance the lighting capacity for night construction and make operations safer and more reliable.

Operating Performance

• Travel control is achieved via an electronically controlled single joystick, while work equipment operation is controlled by a pilot-operated single joystick, ensuring flexible, light, and comfortable operation.
