• • The Shantui loader is exclusively equipped with a low-speed, high-torque Weichai diesel engine, adopting the latest WP10H platform. It is advanced and reliable, delivering strong power, high efficiency and fuel economy, quiet and comfortable operation, as well as intelligent environmental protection. Compared with the WP10 platform, the engine oil consumption is reduced by 10%.

Transmission System

• Custom-built exclusively for Shantui loaders, the specially designed planetary transmission delivers fast travel speed and a traction force of up to 205 kN, boosting overall operating efficiency by more than 15%.
• The reinforced drive axle features strong load-bearing capacity. The rear axle is oscillating, enabling excellent stability in harsh working conditions. The front axle is equipped with 4 brake calipers, delivering a larger braking torque and significantly improving safety.
• Through perfect matching with the engine, torque converter, drive shaft, and drive axle, maximum operating efficiency is achieved, with excellent acceleration and fast response.
• In combined working conditions (when traveling and operating simultaneously), the traction force and lifting force are substantial, resulting in strong burst performance and high operating efficiency.

Structural Components

• The front and rear frames adopt a reinforced structure, offering high strength and long service life. With a wheelbase of 3500mm, the machine operates and travels more stably.
• The large-opening hinge joint disperses stress, is easy to maintain, and has strong load-bearing capacity. Both upper and lower hinges use double-row tapered roller bearings, providing greater load capacity and better adaptability to harsh working conditions.

Ease of Maintenance

• The air reservoir is located on the right side of the climbing ladder, making water drainage simple and convenient.
