Hydraulic System
It is equipped with main pumps and main valves from renowned brands. The main pump displacement is upgraded to 180cc, resulting in faster overall operation. The large-bore main valve features high flow capacity, reduced pressure loss, and improved energy efficiency.
DPD+EGR Technology Route
A portion of exhaust gas is recirculated into the intake system and mixed with fresh air for combustion, which suppresses the formation of NOx. The EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) system is upgraded from a tubular type to a laminated type, enabling faster cooling.

It adopts a “positive flow” system and Sany’s independently developed “DMOS” (Dynamic Matching & Optimization System) engine-pump-valve integrated dynamic optimization intelligent control system, achieving the operational efficiency of a 40-ton machine with the fuel consumption of a 30-ton machine.
