Equipped with an original imported Isuzu 6WG1 engine with a power output of 350kW, it boasts abundant power reserve and vigorous power output to meet the high-load requirements of mining operations.
Hydraulic System
Equipped with Kawasaki fully electronic control main valve and main pump, it adopts heavy-duty P-Q power-boost control to balance fuel consumption while improving excavation efficiency, ensuring strong excavation endurance. The integrated electromagnetic proportional valve delivers high flow distribution efficiency and smooth compound movements.
SCR Technology Route*
The urea supply system reacts with NOₓ to reduce NOₓ emissions. Precise control of intake/exhaust and fuel injection ensures more complete combustion in the cylinder, reducing PM particulate matter and fuel consumption.
Dynamic Optimization Intelligent Control System
Adopts a “positive flow” system and the independently developed “DOMCS” engine-pump-valve integrated dynamic optimization intelligent control system by Sany. All gears and modes operate within the engine’s optimal fuel consumption zone, delivering high efficiency and low energy consumption.
Strengthened Working Device Structural Components
Adopts high-strength steel, high-strength forgings and wear-resistant steel plates. Features cast integrated connecting rod and three-stage box structure with widened cross-section and enlarged box section, increasing the bending section modulus by 20%, resulting in high reliability and long service life.

The SY705H is a new 70-ton class product developed by SANY specifically for large-scale mining conditions. It is equipped with a high-end configuration called the ‘star power combination’ (Isuzu engine, Kawasaki main pump, large bucket), offering product advantages of ‘high efficiency and low consumption, high reliability, and high comfort.’
1. Power Increase Technology
The power increase in tough conditions is precisely controlled, providing continuous and strong excavation, making hard digging smooth;
2. Coordination Enhancement Technology
It uses a fully electronic main valve and a customized extra-large excavation control program, resulting in coordinated movements and good customer reputation. The boom/arm convergence technology improves operational speed and efficiency;
3. Working Device Enhancement Technology
The cross-section of the boom and arm box is increased by 6%, extending the life of structural components. The arm cylinder is thickened by 5%, ensuring smoother digging and stronger adaptability to conditions. The bucket shape and four-bar linkage optimization technology improve excavation efficiency. Large bucket capacity (4.5m³-5.0m³) increases efficiency by 10%;
