Power System

Equipped with a Scania DC16 engine with a rated power of 574kW, it delivers powerful performance to meet the high-load requirements of mining operations.By eliminating DPF and SCR after-treatment systems, there is no DPF regeneration and no need for urea addition, making operation convenient and significantly reducing operating costs.

Hydraulic System

Equipped with a fully electronic hydraulic system and large-displacement main pump, featuring pressure cut-off function to reduce overflow loss. The large-diameter electronically controlled parallel closed spool ensures low pressure loss and smooth operation coordination.

Full Electronic Control System

Adopts Full Electronic Integrated Control Technology (ICT), mainly including E-P, P-V, FD and ECA technologies, namely engine-main pump matching, main pump-main valve matching, flow distribution, electronic control assistance, boom gravity lowering, and independent oil and water cooling control.

Automatic Lubrication

Adopts an electric grease dispenser, which is easy to operate, labor-saving and time-efficient, avoids grease waste, and ensures the oil remains uncontaminated. It can be directly placed on the grease inside a standard finished oil drum, and grease injection is completed once powered on. This product has obtained a national utility model patent (Patent No.: 201922484372.7).
