Product Overview

XC870K/XC870HK is a new series of backhoe loaders launched by XCMG. Building on the mature supporting systems and technical performance of existing products, this model has been upgraded in engine emission standards, structural lightweighting, and working device parameter optimization. These upgrades further enhance the product’s comfort, safety, maintainability, reliability, supportability, and economic efficiency.

Performance Features

The overall layout and axle load distribution are optimized for superior driving stability. With a maximum traveling speed of 40km/h, it enables faster site transfer efficiency.
Adopting domestically leading hydraulic system distribution technology, the product achieves high energy efficiency and performance. It supports a maximum flow rate of 154L/min, meeting the configuration requirements of various attachments.
Customizable environmental adaptability technologies are available, including solutions for high temperature, low temperature, high altitude, and heavy dust conditions, tailored to meet specific user operational needs.
The breakout force at the loading end leads the industry, being 15%-20% higher than that of similar models. The digging end features an advanced structure and hinge points, with the largest bucket rotation angle in the industry, ensuring exceptional soil holding capacity.

Environmental-friendliness

Equipped with an unloading double-pump confluence system, it can automatically or manually switch to single-pump operation based on working conditions. The auxiliary pump realizes high-pressure unloading, achieving intelligent energy conservation.
XCMG’s independently developed load-sensing system ensures smooth combined digging and loading operations, with minimal impact during motion switching, delivering high efficiency and energy savings.
During loading operations, the power transmission from the engine to the drive system can be easily cut off, directing all power to the hydraulic system and significantly improving loading efficiency.
The machine automatically switches to two-wheel drive mode when traveling in 4th gear, effectively eliminating parasitic power loss.
